Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you will have full freedom to run any script or service on your server. Still, some scripts are harder to install and might require some additional setup from you. That is where our Admin Services package can come in real handy. It features half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting operations – it means that you will be able to literally employ one of our competent server administrators for 30 min and have him help you with the installation process of any software package that you need. Or have him solve a problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Admin Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an optional feature with the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
